The Job

We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team and help keep our finances in top shape. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be involved in everything from handling day-to-day transactions to supporting financial reporting and audits. This is a great opportunity for a young professional who’s eager to grow, learn, and make an impact in an international, dynamic E-Commerce environment.

What will you be doing?

• Leading accounts payable and receivable, making sure invoices and payments are processed smoothly
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports to ensure everything is accurate and up to date
• Working with different teams to improve financial processes and support audits when needed

We love people who…

• Have a min. of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Have 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance
• Have strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting
• Get a kick out of working with Excel, love crunching numbers and have excellent analytical skills
• Are accurate, reliable and enjoy working on multiple tasks at the same time

Profile Must Haves

• You are fluent in English
• You are available for 32 to 40 hrs per week
• You are set up to work as a contractor in your country of residence
